42nd day, Toliara - Germans, eat German bananas (K. Tucholsky)!

Here’s the challenge: Cooking a typical German dish with ingredients found in Madagascar, for 6 people, on a single camping cooker stove, all by myself! Well, my guests didn’t have any major complaints. I must admit though, that I cheated with the dessert: flambéd bananas will not pass as German.
